We plan holidays around you. With personal care & expertise

Our Story

AllWays Travel was founded by Michael Connolly and Sarah Baum with one simple idea: travel should be personal, not something you struggle to piece together online. Too many people end up swapping screens, scrolling for hours or staring at confusing booking terms. We wanted something different — a travel partner who listens, cares and makes planning easy.

We get to know what matters to you, understand your preferences, and shape holidays that fit your life, your budget and your goals for the trip. That’s why we say — AllWays your way.

What we do

We design and plan a wide range of travel experiences, including:

  • Tailor-made holiday itineraries

  • Package holidays, city breaks and beach escapes

  • Cruises and river journeys

  • Multi-destination adventures

  • Family trips, couple getaways and solo travel planning

We handle every detail, from flights and accommodation to transfers, excursions and experiences — making sure your trip is seamless from start to finish.

Accessible & Inclusive Travel Planning

We have real experience in planning accessible travel — not just a footnote, but a core part of our service. We take time to understand your specific needs, ask the right questions, and confirm details with accommodation, transport and service providers. Whether it’s step-free access, room layouts, airport assistance or equipment requirements, we’re here to plan with confidence and clarity so you can travel with peace of mind.

Why Choose Us

  • Personal Guidance: We get to know you, answer your questions and plan trips that truly fit your needs — no call centres or scripts.

  • Tailored Planning: We handle destination research, bookings and confirmations, saving you time and stress.

  • Trusted Protection: Every booking is backed by ABTA and ATOL cover, giving you financial protection and peace of mind.
